Description: 

Finding the Goddess within is for any woman who feels she has lost a part of herself or is still trying to figure out who she truly is. Who are you when you take away the roles of mother, daughter, sister, teacher, career woman, wife, etc? 

We will address our negative self-talk and thoughts around body image, the aging process, and sexuality. We will be using yoga philosophy and the study of goddesses to reconnect with the sacred feminine and your Divine Self. Our goal is to unite our body-mind and spirit using yoga, pranayama, energy medicine, and life experiences while in the community. We will also incorporate some of the Munay-Ki Rites.
