Description: Join Lorren as she guides you through a quick introduction to each chakra and dance/flow. Resonating music will be playing throughout the guided dance flow. The class ends with 15 minutes of guided meditation and reiki to each person or distance reiki with your consent.

Bio: Lorren is a Latina, bilingual, proud mom of two who practices meditation, sound healing, and reiki through her business, Atypical Ladies. Her background is in behavioral therapy, and she brilliantly uses her knowledge, education, and life experiences in all of her work.
