Description: Dance your way to joy, fitness, and fun! In this 45-minute dance party, you’ll incorporate footwork and body movements from a wide variety of dances including Salsa, Reggaeton, Bachata, Hip-hop, Soca, Dance Hall, and more. Cardio dance combines two of the most powerful mood enhancers: physical movement and the sound of music. Paired together, these two superpowers make cardio dance a form of exercise that can move through a physical meditation, set to an awesome playlist.
New to dance? Fear not! This fitness class welcomes ALL ages (14/16+) and beginner levels. Let’s live by the mantra “Dance like nobody is watching!”
Bio: Crystal has been teaching dance and Zumba classes for 10 years, and recently became certified as a yoga instructor as well. She is passionate about connecting with her students offering technique and style help, and believes that building a connected community starts with showing up for yourself!
