Description: Enjoy a 45-minute, fast-paced, high-intensity workout incorporating both cardiovascular training and strength training. Tabata classes consist of a 2:1 ratio with short periods of peak work followed by brief periods of rest. Tabata classes are ideal for those looking to improve cardiovascular training as well as muscular strength with simple full-body movements.
Bio: Kayla is a certified personal trainer, and spin instructor, and has her AFAA in Yoga Essentials I & Sunrise Yoga. Her areas of expertise are Strength Training, Weight Management, and Youth Fitness. She is passionate about trying and performing exercises that challenge her. When she is not exercising, you can likely find her baking some sweet treats in the kitchen!
